How expensive is AdminiTrack to use?
AdminiTrack is very affordable compared to other comparable SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)
systems. Our pricing plans are simple and permit you to easily project your costs by simply estimating
the total number of active users you will have at any one time. We do not charge for users who
have not logged in at least once or for inactive users.
Using AdminiTrack can also result in other cost savings by eliminating the need to find, purchase, implement
and maintain an in-house system. The SaaS model has shown to provide other benefits including reduced
implementation time, efficient use of IT skills and permitting your organization to concentrate on its
core business goals.

Does AdminiTrack support multiple projects?
AdminiTrack supports unlimited projects at no additional cost to
you. Unlike other systems where you can only work in one project at a time, AdminiTrack permits you
to work in any number of projects at the same time. This allows managers to view and report on issues
across projects while other users may be limited to one or just a few projects. This is a major advantage
of AdminiTrack over other competing services.

How much will technical support or new releases of AdminiTrack cost?
Email support is provided free of charge, even during your trial
period. We guarantee a response within 24 hours, although most of our inquiries receive a response within
an hour. New releases of AdminiTrack are also free. Smaller releases occur frequently in response to minor
updates and code corrections, while larger feature releases occur once they are tested and ready for
production use. Our system engineers are also notified anytime an application code error occurs. This
means our code issues are often resolved without any reporting by our subscribers.

Can I create my own custom fields?
Yes. You can define your own custom fields. Custom fields can be
defined as free form text or a pre-defined list. You may also specify which fields are required.

Does AdminiTrack permit users to upload attachments?
Attachments may be uploaded to an individual issue or
to the Document Library. An issue may contain multiple attachments. The Document Library is designed to
contain any type of document you wish to share with other users such as project plans, test plans, functional
specifications, data models and more. Documents are always attached to a project so that users who participate in
the same project may access the documents. This can be a great way to share project documents with customers,
clients and other team members in remote locations.

How does the co-branding feature work?
We can replace the AdminiTrack logo in the upper left corner of the application
with your corporate logo at no additional cost. Click here for more details
on how to replace the AdminiTrack logo with your own and the benefits of co-branding.

Which browsers does AdminiTrack support?
The AdminiTrack application officially supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.6.
Other browsers appear to run AdminiTrack without issue, but are not currently supported.
In addition, non-supported browsers may result in poor performance for your users. We strongly recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer whenever possible.
We do not use any ActiveX controls or Java applets so many other browsers may work fine with AdminiTrack.
JavaScript is required for the application to work properly. We continue to work to enable our application
to run on more combinations of browsers and operating systems.

Can I purchase AdminiTrack to install on my own server? No. AdminiTrack is only available by using our Cloud-based (Software-as-a-Service) subscription service.

Is my data safe with AdminiTrack?
Your data is safe and secure with AdminiTrack. All of our servers
are fully redundant and backed up every few hours. The data is moved to a separate system after backup
and also pulled offsite each day to remote locations for disaster recovery.
While no system is 100% immune to invasive attacks, we take all appropriate and prudent measures in securing
our servers with security patches, security auditing, data encryption, anti-intrusion systems and monitoring.
Our systems are located in a state-of-the-art data center that utilizes both human and biometric authorization
for physical access. The facility can power itself for nearly a month using its own power generation
capability. The center maintains redundant lines and connections to the internet and is monitored 24
hours per day.

Does AdminiTrack offer the ability to export issue data?
AdminiTrack offers multiple ways to export your data. First, you
can choose to export your issue and comment/history records anytime you desire. In addition, the data
from all Custom Reports may be exported as well. All data is exported in CSV (comma-delimited, Excel
compatible) format that may be imported into many other types of applications.
Another option allows us to extract and email your issue data to you in password-protected, spreadsheet-compatible
format on a weekly basis. There is a fee of $19.99 (USD) per month for this service. Please contact support@adminitrack.com
to request this option.

Are automated email notifications supported?
Yes. AdminiTrack provides very powerful, flexible, user-defined
control over when they receive email notifications. Notifications may be customized for each project,
and notifications can be sent to anyone, including non-AdminiTrack users. You may also send one-time
email notifications with a message to other users or choose to be notified when specific issues are
modified.
