We host a web-based issue and task tracking application targeted toward businesses and project teams who need to track critical business issues. Quality Technologyft. unmarked facility employing around-the-clock security and technology personnel, multiple biometrically protected check points and electronic badge access required to access the floor.

The facility provides multiple, redundant Internet carriers, dual power feeds from Georgia Power and the ability to keep power to our systems for weeks in the unlikely event of a massive power loss using underground flywheel power generation.

For data security, we run behind advanced firewalls along with anti-intrusion detection systems to monitor and pro-actively protect our systems that must communicate directly with the Internet. All of our systems stay current on security patches and security audits are routinely run to ensure no gaps have opened up. Data is maintained on redundant servers utilizing RAID drives and backed-up to multiple servers in real-time with data moved off-site at regular intervals.

Access to our systems are limited to a small number of hand-picked and highly trained engineers who monitor and maintain the systems. Our applications run 24 hours per day and are monitored by experienced engineers from Quality Technology as well as our own staff. All of this to ensure the application is always ready when you are.
